Rockets guard Bonzi Wells, who has already missed 19 games this season (due to being out of shape and not progressing as fast as coach Van Gundy would have liked), will be sidelined for at least one week due to a sore lower back. Wells has appeared in 11 games this season, coming off the bench, averaging 6.8 points and 4 rebounds per game.
